Course description
The Master of Science in Green Electronics is a specialized program offered jointly by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Technische Universität München (Technical University of Munich, TUM). This program is designed to train the next generation of semiconductor researchers and engineers. It focuses on novel electronic and optoelectronic devices and systems, particularly in the fields of energy, sensing, monitoring, and manufacturing. Over the course of this 2-year full-time program, students will gain a deep understanding of micro- and nano-fabrication technology. They will also delve into advanced theories related to renewable energy, power semiconductors, and organic semiconductor devices and systems. The curriculum covers cutting-edge research and industrial developments. In addition to technical subjects, the program includes essential non-technical topics. Students will learn about product marketing, international management, patent law, and aspects of culture and globalization. These courses are primarily taught by industry professionals. Qualification Requirements
In order to be eligible for the programme, you must have at least a Bachelor Degree** (completed in at least three years, depending on factors such as the rest of your education background) in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or in a closely related discipline with remarkable results. A good understanding of semiconductor physics, electromagnetics and organic chemistry (or electrochemistry) is preferred.

We do not return any hardcopy documents that are submitted to us. Submit the Module Descriptions of all the modules you have taken in your Transcript, as found in your curriculum document or syllabus handbook (only applicable for MSc in Aerospace Engineering applications and only required in softcopy format) Submit 2 Recommendation Letters from 2 different Professors or Employers (only applicable for MSc in Green Electronics, MSc in Integrated Circuit Design and MSc in Industrial Chemistry applications) You will have to contact your recommenders to submit recommendation letters for your application. We will not be informing the recommenders to submit recommendation letters for you. Your recommenders may choose to send the letters to you so you can upload them into the portal. However, if they are not comfortable with doing that, they may send the letters to admission@tum-asia.edu.sg, quoting your name and application number in the email, so we can identify that these letters are for you.
