Qualification Requirements
Proof of a first professionally qualifying degree with an average grade of at least ‘good’ (2.5). This can be a Bachelor's degree or Diplom from a university, a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) or a comparable foreign higher education institution in subject areas relevant to the chosen programme, graded academic work amounting to at least 210 points according to ECTS or equivalent achievements in accordance with the respective national grading system. Applicants who have completed a six-semester Bachelor's degree programme with 180 ECTS must provide evidence of a further 30 credit points before taking up the Master's degree programme in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering Competences and skills acquired outside of higher education can be credited with up to 30 credit points if they were acquired through qualifying practical work experience Letter of Motivation. English language skills at level B2
