Course description
The Mannheim Master of Accounting & Taxation is designed to equip young professionals with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in accounting and taxation. This program stands out due to its strong collaboration with the "Big Four" accounting firms, as well as other companies and institutions. The program offers two tracks: Accounting and Taxation, both structured in a modular format over three years. The Taxation track begins with a six-week on-boarding module, providing essential skills and knowledge to jumpstart careers in taxation. Subsequent modules deepen and broaden participants' understanding, covering both national and international taxation comprehensively. The Accounting track, accredited under § 8a WPO, allows successful participants to take the WP exam immediately after graduation in a shortened form. This program ensures that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of their profession, fostering a deep understanding and expertise in their chosen field.

An internationally recognized academic degree in any discipline (at least a bachelor’s) with a minimum of 180 ECTS from your previous academic qualification plus one year of full-time postgraduate work experience by the program start, or a minimum of 210 ECTS from your previous academic qualification (no additional work experience required) Data literacy and excellent analytical skills: GMAT – minimum score of 590 (alternatively GMAT Focus Edition minimum score of 555/Data Insights 75) or GRE with a score equivalent to the above GMAT scores
