M.Sc. | Master of Science
Course description
This course is ideal for students who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for closely examining the intricacies of the world. The nanoscience master’s degree builds on the foundation laid by the nanostructure science bachelor’s degree. It delves deeper into the interdisciplinary realms of physics, chemistry, and biology, with a focus on specializations and practical applications such as nanoelectronics, supramolecular chemistry, and molecular biology. In the incredibly tiny world of nanostructures, where one nanometre is about one millionth of a millimetre, you will learn to independently plan and conduct laboratory experiments. You will also develop the skills to present your findings both verbally and in writing, preparing you for a successful career. The four-semester course, primarily taught in English, can be started at the beginning of either the summer or winter semester. To enroll, you need a bachelor’s degree in nanostructure science or a related field. The program offers a wide range of optional specialization courses, allowing you to gain highly specialized knowledge and shape your individual career path. Alongside expanding your technical expertise, you will also enhance your soft skills, such as academic communication and time management. To earn the Master
