Course description
Having gained essential transferable skills for the job market, you will be equipped to operate independently and thrive. You will delve into the theoretical underpinnings of international management and leadership, learning how to effectively lead intercultural teams. Our teaching/learning events and collaborations with practice partners will offer you the chance to apply these core principles in real-world scenarios. You will explore the basics of strategic management, gain a deep understanding of leadership—including its psychological aspects—and engage in social research, such as market research.
