International law sets the rules for how states and nations interact, forming a stable and organized framework for international relations. The Master's degree program in International Law, with a focus on investment, trade, and arbitration, offers a deep dive into the current landscape and future trends of international law in our interconnected world. This program explores the impact of globalization on the sources and subjects of international law. It covers recent developments in international economic law, environmental protection, and state responsibility. Social issues that have emerged on the international stage in recent years are also examined. Key topics include the regulation of international trade, investment law, and the resolution of international disputes. Special attention is given to international arbitration and litigation, particularly before the World Trade Organization and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
