In addition to the requirements mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2, sufficient English language skills are required as an admission requirement, which must be proven by a language test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge Certificate, DAAD) or by another language certificate which proves a language competence of at least B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) recommended by the Council of Europe and which is not older than three years. Proof of English language skills in accordance with paragraph 3 is waived if English is the native language or the university entrance qualification was obtained in an English-speaking country or at a bilingual educational institution or if the applicant is a graduate of the Bachelor's degree programme in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Frankfurt Bachelor of Applied Sciences.
Qualification Requirements
Admission requirements are a first professionally qualifying university degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology with a specialisation in Information and Communication Technology or a comparable subject area. The degree programme must have been completed with an overall grade of at least 2.0 and be worth at least 180 ECTS credits. In the case of foreign educational qualifications, the statutes on the application and admission procedure for applicants with foreign educational qualifications at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences dated 28 February 2005 apply
