Course description

Data Science is a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and fast-evolving field. Data scientists need to handle complex and unstructured data, interpret results, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This requires a blend of econometrics, statistics, programming skills, and domain knowledge. Our four-semester M.Sc. program is designed to meet these needs. Students specialize in econometrics and choose from a wide range of business and economics modules. They also take courses in data science techniques, including programming in R and Python. Additionally, they have the option to study Machine Learning in collaboration with the computer science department. This program equips students with the skills to excel in data science, ensuring they can analyze data, derive insights, and effectively share their findings.
