Course description
In the modules, the course builds both scientific and methodological knowledge, along with practical skills in vocational education and training, and personnel development. It aims to equip students for scientifically grounded, country-specific project planning, and the design of vocational education and training programs, as well as company-related personnel development. The course follows a modular structure, consisting of nine mandatory modules and one compulsory module with optional content, allowing students to specialize in their chosen area. Additionally, the program includes a Master's thesis and a colloquium.

The minimum requirement for an application for the preparatory German course is the provision of a German B1 certificate + a certificate of participation of a B2 course. Applicants for the preparatory college also have to submit a German B1 certificate with their application.

Applicants are required to have completed a first university degree recognized in Germany and must have at least one year’s experience in a profession related to the degree program
