Course description

The interdisciplinary Master’s degree program in “Business and Psychology” merges the strengths of both fields. As leadership roles become more complex, managers and executives need psychological insights alongside economic expertise. Psychology aids in understanding human behavior within organizations, while business and economics provide essential economic knowledge. This program is taught entirely in English, attracting an international student body. Over four semesters, students earn 120 ECTS credits and the title “Master of Science,” equipping them for challenging professional environments. At the KU, students benefit from a favorable staff-to-student ratio and enjoy a high quality of life, with the region recently ranked 4th in Germany by Wirtschaftswoche magazine. The curriculum includes subjects that bridge both disciplines, ensuring a comprehensive education. This approach prepares graduates to navigate and lead in today's multifaceted business landscape.
