Course description
The international Master's degree program in Environmental Engineering at TUM builds on the foundational skills acquired in an undergraduate environmental engineering or related Bachelor's degree program. This program allows students to deepen their expertise and develop advanced methodological skills through a combination of two specialized thematic areas. These specializations are supported by multiple professors from the faculty, providing a comprehensive perspective on the subjects covered. The specializations are the heart of the course, shaping the professional focus of the students. A shared block of cross-cutting methods is included to teach essential skills in acquiring, modeling, and visualizing environmentally relevant data. Additionally, students have the flexibility to earn some credits from a variety of courses offered throughout TUM, including language courses and soft skills. This structure ensures that students not only gain in-depth knowledge in their chosen specializations but also acquire a broad set of skills that are crucial for their professional development.
