The Master's programme in Peace and Conflict Studies (PACS) places a strong emphasis on a solid theoretical foundation. At the same time, it ensures that these concepts and methods are practically relevant, as discussed and demonstrated in seminars. Courses delve into specific conflicts and cases, providing a hands-on approach to conflict management through special practice modules. The curriculum covers human rights issues, conflict analyses, and the normative aspects of a global peace order. Students in the PACS programme receive a comprehensive education in the theories and methods of peace and conflict studies. This equips them with robust analytical and practical skills. The focus is on fostering a deep understanding of human rights, conflict dynamics, and the principles of global peace.
