Course description

To earn a master’s degree in Landscape Studies and Greenspace Management, students can choose between two paths. Path A is designed for those holding a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. This path spans two semesters, beginning on September 1st. The first semester includes three compulsory modules and two compulsory-elective modules, with a selection of ten elective options. These courses set the stage for the final semester, which focuses on an intensive four-month master’s thesis. Path B caters to students with bachelor’s degrees in related fields such as Architecture, Landscape Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Nature Conservancy, and Geography. This path extends over four semesters, starting on March 1st. The initial semester comprises three compulsory modules and two compulsory-elective modules, also offering ten elective choices. In the second semester, Path B students join Path A students, sharing the three compulsory modules during the winter semester. The third semester involves an internship, leading to the final winter semester dedicated to the four-month master’s thesis. Both paths are structured to provide a comprehensive education in Landscape Studies and Greenspace Management, ensuring students are well-prepared for their future careers.
