Course description

Biochemistry explores the molecular foundation of life processes, focusing on their systematic and quantitative analysis. It delves into the composition of basic biological building blocks and examines their impact on metabolism. Additionally, it investigates the types of molecular machines involved in cell and tissue interaction and communication. To grasp these intricate cellular and molecular relationships, a solid understanding of chemistry, biology, physics, and medicine is crucial. The new study program aims to bridge these disciplines, equipping students for the growing and promising field of molecular life sciences. This course offers a comprehensive curriculum that integrates the classic subjects of chemistry, biology, physics, and medicine. By doing so, it prepares students to excel in the expanding realm of molecular life sciences, ensuring they are well-versed in the essential concepts and ready to tackle the challenges of this dynamic field.
