The University of Würzburg, in collaboration with its Center for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (CAIDAS), offers a tuition-free English master's program in Artificial Intelligence & Extended Reality (AI&XR). This program is designed to cultivate experts in one of the most crucial methodologies of our time. Students will gain advanced skills in analyzing, developing, and evaluating intelligent systems, from traditional models to cutting-edge innovations. AI&XR uniquely integrates intelligent systems with extended reality tools, including virtual and augmented reality. This combination creates an interactive medium that merges human and machine intelligence. The program not only focuses on developing new intelligent methods but also provides a multidisciplinary research platform. This platform facilitates the integration of these methods into various scientific fields and everyday life. CAIDAS encompasses a broad spectrum of research areas. These range from the mathematical foundations of intelligent systems to human-centered applications. Specialized fields include literature, biomedicine, and business analytics. Students have access to powerful computational resources and state-of-the-art research labs, such as Robotics, Virtual Reality, and Virtual Embodiment Labs.
