(4) A further requirement for admission to the Master's program "Intercultural Business Psychology" is proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages by means of a corresponding certificate.
Qualification Requirements
(1) Prerequisite for admission to the Master's program "Intercultural Business Psychology" is a vocational qualification in the "Intercultural Business Psychology (B. Sc.)" program at Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt (HSHL) or in a comparable study program with a standard period of study of at least 7 semesters, which has been successfully completed with a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) or a comparable qualification; the previous study program must have a minimum of 210 credit points (ECTS) and must have been completed with a minimum grade of 2.5. (2) A psychological or economic-psychological study program at a university in Germany or abroad that meets the following criteria is considered technically comparable within the meaning of paragraph (1): 20 credit points (ECTS) in basic disciplines of psychology (thematic fields: General Psychology 1, General Psychology 2, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Differential and Personality Psychology, and Biological Psychology), and 30 credit points (ECTS) in methodology (of which at least 10 ECTS were earned in diagnostics, test design or factor analysis, and 10 ECTS in statistics, econometrics or quantitative methods, and 10 ECTS in scientific research, such as a bachelor thesis or qualitative empirical research), and 20 credit points (ECTS) in basic disciplines of economic studies (thematic fields: General Business Administration; Economics, Organizational Theory, Marketing, Finance, Accounting). (3) If the previous study program meets the mandatory criteria according to paragraph (2), but only accounts for 180 ECTS in total, the student may, under certain conditions, take additional modules of the bachelor's degree program "Interkulturelle Wirtschaftspsychologie" at HSHL to compensate for the missing credits. A requirement for this option is proof of sufficient knowledge of the German language at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages by means of a corresponding certificate. (4) A further requirement for admission to the Master's program "Intercultural Business Psychology" is proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages by means of a corresponding certificate.
