Third, the technical language modules aim to enhance proficiency in the technical language of Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, both in spoken and written forms. This program provides a thorough understanding of political and social developments in Japan, Korea, and Greater China. It explores intra-societal and intra-regional conflicts, analyzes trends in regionalization and integration in East Asia, and offers systematic training in handling sources in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.
