FOM University of Applied Sciences (FOM Hochschule) is the biggest private institute of higher education in Germany. The university's goal is to provide quality education to professionals that wish to obtain a university degree without having to limit their working activities or even give up on their jobs.
FOM Hochschule is state-recognized and funded by the Stiftung BildungsCentrum der Wirtschaft, a non-profit organization. The university has already gained several recognitions, such as accreditation from the FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation), proving its high international standards.

Founded in 1993, FOM University of Applied Sciences is available in 29 study centers in Germany, offering higher education in the main cities of the country. With more than 50,000 students and 30 study programs in Bachelor’s and Master’s level, students can choose one of its eight departments to study in.

Aimed at providing quality higher education to people that wish to combine university studies and work, FOM University of Applied Sciences offers study schedules that adapt to working hours, so classes are held in the evenings, weekends and many courses can be taken on two days a week in the morning period. The university offers opportunities for a wide range of students, from young professionals to experienced ones. Those part-time students are able to extend their professional skills and knowledge with academic theory.
The quality of the education at FOM University of Applied Sciences is ensured by full-time professors, associated lecturers and on-site classes, which offers students the opportunity not only to study a new subject, but to share experiences with classmates and professors.
