1300 featured universities were included in the ranking by Quacquarelli Symonds. It evaluates the performance of educational institutions from a total of 97 countries. Germany performs above average in the ranking.
According to the ranking, the Technical University of Munich is the best university in Germany. It was the only institution to make it into the top 50 - exactly 50th place.
