The Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, or Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, is a German university in the province of Baden-Württemberg, which is spread between the towns of Albstadt and Sigmaringen.

The school dates back to the 1970s and is mainly directed at German students, with no English-language courses. It generally specializes in computer sciences, life sciences, business administration, and engineering, giving it a very practical slant. This tends to ensure that graduates have excellent connections to regional companies when they leave.

More about Albstadt-Sigmaringen University

The Albstadt-Sigmaringen University is based in Baden-Württemberg, where it forms part of the wider Tübingen-Hohenheim University alliance. Created from a local engineering college in 1971, the Hochschule has developed into a vital part of the state's high-tech economy, focusing on advanced computer science courses and management modules that are closely geared towards the needs of local firms. Recent introductions include degrees in Smart Building Design and MSc courses in Systems Engineering dealing with big data.

No courses are taught in English, but international students are welcome, as long as they meet TestDaf levels 3-5 or DSH 2/3. However, students must attain those credentials before applying, as the school itself does not offer language courses.
